I did the same thing every time we changed schools. Probably about four times. I would sit back and observe to get a sense of who is who.

Our dog did that and she was no longer allowed at that doggy day care. Embarrassing 🤭, just like with children we sometimes find our dog just doesn’t play well with others. We now have a dog/cat person who cares for them when we’re gone. Works out great.

Our Morkie use to jump up on the window sill & stare out the window for 8 hours until we returned. After we got the Maltese, she should sit on the ground guarding him from any another "dog annoyance". $75 a day for him to watch out the window with other dogs "near". They were quiet the crew.
