How much is this in espresso shots... If I regularly get baristas asking if I'm sure I know what I'm doing with my Americana and 4 extra shots "so 4 total?... NO! 6!" (which gets me to work so I can have my 8 Pepsi maxes)... I think I'm probably fine.

Every few months there’s another one of these claims that [x] is good/bad for you, reversing a prior statement… I no longer take any of them seriously in popular media… especially not capitalism-obsessed media that exists to promote the gambling den of rich people.
